Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £19,400 depending on experience

Working as an integral part of this successful sales office, you will coordinate the day to day operation of a designated area/region. Your primary responsibility is to provide support to Internal Sales Reps, and District Sales Managers. Part of the role requires you to deliver first class Customer Service, as well as receiving and processing orders, pricing and processing quotations, resolve queries within agreed time limits, handle invoice queries and resolve customer's problems relating to their orders. The role ideally requires the use of Excel in order to produce spreadsheets and graphs, SAP, as well as other in house systems. For the right candidate, in house training may be offered on some IT packages such as Excel. This role is admin heavy and any telephone work tends to be internal calls to other departments. You will work with a high volume of email traffic as well as other on line portals,
and on-line document retrieval systems. You will also assist with the collation of information from the sales managers.
You will be a strong administrator with a proven track record, proven customer service experience, and the ability to prioritise a hectic workload.
