Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 and 08:30 - 17:30, Mon - Fri
You will be working on the front line with customers, supporting a team of external Field Sales Managers, handling clients requests and processing orders. Nearly all of the telecommunication you have will be inbound - this is NOT a cold calling role. You will provide exemplary customer service and be able to build a rapport with customers to ensure long term business relationships. Therefore strong communication skills are essential, particularly when negotiating pricing.
You will also be dealing with complaints and liaising internally with other departments such as despatch, distribution and order processing. There will be some administrative duties for the clients that you manage, updating the system, chasing quotes, taking cash payments and reconciling customer accounts. You will be trained to work to monetary and volume targets in order to maximise the revenue potential of clients.
The main requirement to be a successful candidate is to have an enthusiastic, vibrant and eager personality. You may have recently left college, school or university, and be looking to join a global market leading business who will offer you 'on the job training'. Alternatively, you will have some varied administrative/support/customer facing experience, and be looking for a new challenge.
You will have excellent listening skills, IT, admin and organisational skills, and a strong work ethic. This is a fast moving role which requires you to re-prioritise your day regularly, multitasking and remembering to revisit your priorities consistently. You will be proactive, target driven, and organised with a positive nature.
