Job Title: Administrator
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
o Answering customer enquires via telephone , email and fax.
o Dealing with customer enquiries.
o Resolving customer queries via email and over the phone.
o Assist in quotation, following up of quotes and leads.
o General office administration and data entry.
o Ensuring customer relations are maintained.
The ideal person will have the following:
o Previous experience within an administrative position.
o Have a confident and professional telephone manner.
o The ability to work to tight deadlines.
o Exceptional rapport building skills.
o The ability to pick up bespoke systems.
o Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
