Administration Manager, Wigston
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm

The Role
Manage and ensure a robust, effective and efficient centralised Administration Team providing an appropriate and effective level of support to the Operations Team. Working within a fast moving environment, the Administration Team must respond to the demands of the operation in a timely responsive way whilst delivering an effortless customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

" Recruit, develop, coach and motivate the Administration Team to meet their, and business, objectives
" Support your team members' development through them attending training appropriate to the role, and each having an Individual Development Plan in place
" Communicating job expectations ensuring appropriate work processes and procedures are in place, and that all team members understand and deliver these
" Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes
" Ensure team members are fully aware of, and adhere to, Company policies in relation to Customer Account Administration - e.g.: credits, debits, billing
" Manage and resolve all administrative queries through the team
" Maintain appropriate record systems, complying with document retention and data protection requirements
" Manage schedules and deadlines in conjunction with workflows and business requirements
" Continuously review the effectiveness of established procedures, working with the wider Operations Team in developing current and additional procedures

Key Performance Measures:

" Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the Company to facilitate other business operations
" Ensure good levels of support and communications are provided and maintained with Operations Management and across the UK operations network as required
" Define and monitor Service Level Agreements with internal customers, ensuring these are met by the team
" Communicates effectively across functions supporting the Buying and Sales teams with administrative support if required

" Educated to A-level standard
" Experience of effective leadership of a team, preferably within a centralised administration function
" Demonstrated experience of coaching, developing and retaining a motivated team
" Effective IT skills including Office suite and data analysis
" Positive and effective verbal and written communications
" Ability to work with all levels and functions within the wider team
