Job Title: Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator
Salary: £19,400 per annum
An opportunity has arisen to join this new team to take responsibility for high value customers, dealing with their queries and enquiries, liaising accordingly with other departments to provide timely solutions and responses.
The successful candidate will:
" act as the first point of contact for all customer service requests
" ensure all relevant administration is carried out to record and track customer service requests from start to finish
" maintain an open line of communication with internal departments, customers and Partners at all times
" resolve customer requests adhering to pre-agreed company standards
" make decisions on customer service resolutions using information gathered from customers
A global organisation and a leading manufacturer and distributor, this well established company are in the process of expansion, and consequently have opportunities within their customer service department for experienced customer service professionals.
You will have previous experience working in a B2B environment, and be comfortable with dealing with more than just basic telephone queries. You will need to have initiative and a desire to impress and go above and beyond standard expectations in order to satisfy the needs of high value customers.
