Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Customer Service administrator to join a Leicester based organisation, If you are motivated individual with great attention to detail then we want to hear from you.
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming orders via SAP
- Taking orders via telephone.
- Responding to general enquires via email and telephone.
- Creating quotations, including overseas carriage rates.
- Daily booking of Carriers.
- General administration.
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have the following:
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- The ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Process driven individual.
- The ability to quickly adapt to systems.
