Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Customer Service administrator to join a Leicester based organisation, If you are motivated individual with great attention to detail then we want to hear from you.
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
" Processing incoming orders via SAP
" Taking orders via telephone.
" Responding to general enquires via email and telephone.
" Creating quotations, including overseas carriage rates.
" Daily booking of Carriers.
" General administration.
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have the following:
" Previous experience in an administration role.
" Excellent written and verbal skills.
" The ability to prioritise and multitask.
" Exceptional attention to detail.
" Process driven individual.
" The ability to quickly adapt to systems.
