You will enjoy working within a busy, fast pace and vibrant call centre where you constantly strive to surpass customer expectation.
This would ideally suit someone who has previous experience working within a contact/call centre.
Personality is key so even if you don't tick the boxes below but you want to be considered please get in touch!
- Customer service experience (minimum 6 – 12 months)
- Complaint handling experience
- Experience of working towards KPIs (targets)
- A warm telephone manner
- Be enthusiastic and engaging
- Have the willingness to learn and develop
