The Company
A great opportunity to work with a reputable company, established in the 1980s in Nottingham. My client manufactures bespoke components, Jigs, Fixtures, assemblies, and automated machinery, specialising in component repair, recovery, and reverse engineering.
The company is looking for an Experienced CNC setter/operator to join its team on a temp-perm basis.
The role

• CNC operating, setting, and programming.
• Operating conventional lathes and milling machines as required.
• Set machines and operate to produce finished items
• Manual turning to 2ft diameter.

 
The Person
 

• Completed a full apprenticeship in the relevant field.
• Hold both theoretical and practical knowledge of CNC.
• Experience setting and operating CNC machines is essential.
• Knowledge of FANUC/Siemens/Mitsubishi controls

 
Candidates must be physically fit, have a flexible approach to work, committed and passionate about doing the job to the best of their ability. A good attendance record and time keeping is essential.
