Pertemps are recruiting for several Customer Service Assistants to work in a busy Contact Centre for one of our 3rd Sector clients, based in the West of Edinburgh.
Rate of pay is £10.88 per hour, hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
This is for an initial 8 week period, with an oppurtunity to extend beyond for good candidates.
- Taking calls from members of the public or service users regarding Housing issues, answering in a polite and helpful manner and aiming to resolve in the first call.
- Data input and update of all client files.
- Dealing with issues and complaints, only escalating when required.
Candidate should have:
- Excellent PC and organisational skills
- An ability to remain professional at all times.
- An ability to talk to vulnerable people with sympathy and confidentiality.
