Pertemps is an established company that works with prestigious public sector clients based in Edinburgh City Centre.
We are usually first point of contact for most roles that need fulfilled, meaning we always have several opportunities available.
The role we are currently recruiting for is an administrator on a full time basis to be based in Edinburgh on a temporary contract.
This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate looking to get into a Public Sector role and who is looking to expand their skillset.
Responsibilities
" Providing admin support to management
" Collating and distributing papers
" Calendar management
" Processing invoices
" Booking meeting rooms
" Filling documents
Essential Skills
" Strong admin experience
" Ability to organise
" Confident in the use of IT
" Strong communication skills
" Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
" MUST have an update to date BASIC DISCLSOURE or be willing to apply ASAP (£25)
