Our client, a large public sector employer based in the Leith area, seeks to recruit an experienced Administrator to work on a full time basis. Rate of pay is £9.17 p/h and hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Please note that the successful applicant will be required to apply for a basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate for this role if they do not already possess one, at a cost of £25. KEY DUTIES AND TASKS Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data and submitting results in a written report Overseeing administrative procedures and processes Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external contacts Preparing routine correspondence Maintenance of personnel files Preparation of paperwork for interviews and disciplinary boards Reconciling statements Please note Driving may be an additional requirement SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous experience of working in an office environment. Previous Customer Service and/or reception experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
