You will need to be fluent in producing Word Documents and PowerPoint presentations. Whilst having a great eye for detail when maintaining meeting rooms and the building.
Meeting and greeting visitors will be your natural talent and you will need to have a “get along” with all levels of clients and visitors’ attitude.
You will need to be a self-starter during extremely busy times and periods of low visitor and phone traffic.
