Our public sector client, based in the Bishopbriggs area of Glasgow, have a requirement for a number of staff to cover temporary Admin Assistant assignments. Hours of work will be Mon - Thurs 8am-4.30pm and Fri 8am-4pm. An Enhanced Disclosure is required for this role, for which cost will lie with the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will provide general administration support as well as call handling and from time to time also be required to provide assistance in the canteen.
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries
- Answering phones and filing
- Any general admin tasks required by management
- Assisting in canteen as required
Candidates should have previous admin experience and be IT literate.
