Our client who is based in the Bishopbriggs area of Glasgow area, require a temporary Administration Assistant. The pay rate for this role will be £9.86 per hour, and working hours will be Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Fri 08:00-16:00, 37 hours per week.
Successful Candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced disclosure.
Undertake a wide range of specific and general administrative duties.
Co-ordinate, attend and take minutes of relevant meetings and complaint hearings, ensuring that minutes are accurate and action points are recorded.
First point of contact for any queries made to the team by email, telephone or in person ensuring these are dealt with in a timely and sensitive manner.
Required to handle confidential information and follow correct administrative protocols and procedures.
Carry out appropriate level of record keeping/ filing to ensure secure storage and maintenance of data.
Competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Well-developed written and oral communication skills across a wide range of media including email, telephone, Minute taking and report writing.
Ability to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Accurate and sound analytical and numerical skills.
