YOUR NEW COMPANY:
A very successful specialist manufacturing business who are growing from strength to strength. Due to expansion we are working exclusively with this business who invest so much time, training and development into their staff and who offer excellent progression.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
Working in a vibrant and lively office within a specific team of 7; duties will include processing customer orders received via email and fax entering all details onto a bespoke system (full product and system training will be given), handling incoming calls from customers relating to order amendments, product info, late/missed deliveries, incorrect orders or damages investigating and resolving accordingly. You will provide exemplary levels of service always striving to go above and beyond for your customers. You will also help to support both the Purchasing and Service teams by chasing PO numbers, logging parts/requests and liaising with Stores.
Working hours of 8:30-4:55 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 3:30 on a Friday, free parking, 21 days hol + BH, various staff incentives and a salary of £18,000 circa.
