Sheridan Maine is working in connection with a market leading Technology Company based in Winnersh; who is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. This role is pivotal within the organisation as it is a developing role that will offer future career progression.
Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
- Preparation of management accounts
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting
- Maintaining the cash book and completion of month end journals
- Carrying out intercompany reconciliation
- Taking responsibility for completing corporation tax returns
- Working with external tax advisors

To be successful for this role, you need to be actively studying your ACCA/CIMA or equivalent and be at least half way through this. Ideally, you will need to have worked within a similar environment, undertaking an Assistant Accountant position. Having worked within a US organisation previously would be advantageous.
