You will report directly to the Finance Manager and your main duties as a
Accounts Assistant will include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Raising POs
- Reconciling invoices and batching to supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Communicating effectively with internal and external staff, via telephone and email
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
You will have previous experience working in one of the following roles; Purchase Ledger Clerk , Purchase Ledger Assistant / Administrator , Accounts Payable Clerk / Assistant , Accounts Assistant / Administrator , Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator
