An interesting and varied opportunity has arisen for an adaptable Finance Administrator to join a growing business based in Reading immediately on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working with the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be involved in the day to day administration within the Finance Department and will be responsible for:
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of payroll
- Posting receipts
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Invoice processing
- Petty cash and expenses
Our client is looking for an individual that has the ability to organise and prioritise their workload and has excellent communication skills. A high level of Excel and good IT experience is required; a confident user of Sage is desirable.
