Sheridan Maine has been appointed to work with a market leading international business based near Wimborne, Dorset. Due to incessant growth and development within the organisation, this business unit has created a brand new role of Financial Controller for a fast moving and energetic organisation.
This Financial Controller role will be responsible for the Head Office consolidated financial reporting and management accounting, production of the consolidated business performance reporting and analysis of performance measures, compliance and developments of internal controls, annual budgeting and the 5 year forecasting plan, system improvement and various project work.
We are looking for a professional self-starter with drive and initiative, holding a full Accountancy qualification with several years PQE, you will be able to build strong and collaborative relationships across the business unit, have the desire and capability of understanding the wider operational picture across the organisation and the credibility to deputise for the Finance Director while leading and motivating the Finance team.
