Sheridan Maine is working with a healthcare technology management provider based in Reading who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance department.
Key responsibilities within this position include:
• Processing invoices
• Posting supplier invoices
• Dealing with complex invoice queries
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Assisting with month end reporting
• Processing payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Suppler statement reconciliations
• General invoice admin
It is essential that the successful candidate has a good knowledge of Excel, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Our client is looking for an individual with some finance experience, who is able to demonstrate basic knowledge of Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger.
