Sheridan Maine is working in partnership with a retail organisation who is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their small, dynamic Finance Team in Andover.

Duties within this Accounts Assistant role include:
• Processing invoices
• Raising invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Resolving complex invoice queries
• Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements
• Processing employee expenses
• Posting supplier invoices
• Processing payment runs
• Dealing with petty cash
• Processing direct debits on a monthly basis
The successful candidate will have previous Accounts Payable experience coupled with strong Excel skills. Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous. Ideally, you will have worked within a small organisation and be able to work under pressure.
