Sheridan Maine are currently working with a fast growing accountancy practice based in Reading. Due to continued growth our client is looking for an Administration Clerk to join their administration team.
This is a dynamic environment working within a company that takes great pride in delivering a great service to its clients. As an Administration Clerk you will be working as part of a 2 person Administration team in a friendly open planned office. It is a very diverse company who are corporate but they maintain a very small company culture.
The duties include but are not limited to:
• Taking inbound calls
• Receiving and sending post
• Managing and sorting client documents and information
• Filing and archiving documentation
• Ad hoc duties and form-filling
• Onboarding new clients
• Organising diaries for key people
Previous experience in a practice environment is essential as you will be working closely with the Practice Manager and the Managing Partners. You will have strong word and excel skills. Also my client are looking for a confident communicator as you will be engaging with key clients.
