Pertemps are currently working in partnership with a well establish company based in Lincoln, recruiting for a Telesale Executive / Sales Advisor to join their Sales team.
Our client take responsibility for managing the process from registration onto their scheme, liaising with their suppliers for deliveries, invoicing for the services, collection of funds and posting payments onto the necessary accounts.
The ideal candidate will be selling benefits of our client's schemes, gain commitment over the telephone, to a specific category. You need to ensure that targets and standards are achieved throughout each campaign and provide administrative support to the sales division and customers to complete the registration process.
You will be expected to carry out the following tasks -
To meet the agreed level of contact with new accounts as deemed necessary to increase levels of business activity, volume and revenues
Achieve set targets and conversions of new business per sales campaign
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team Leader and team as requested
Make telephone calls to clients from an agreed list
Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of product(s) to secure new business
To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of the schemes you are selling, competitor products and services in order to achieve the requirements of this role. (Full training will be provided)
Ensure that the company internal / external customer care & equal opportunity policies are adhered to at all times
Ensure that all clients fully complete the registration process
Ensure that monthly objectives, as agreed with your line manager, are met
Feedback to Sales Team Leader sales progress and any issues arising throughout given sales campaigns
Assist other departments as and when required.
As a Sales Executive you will require the following skills -
Confident over the phone
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to independently account manage
Ability to work as a team
Knowledge in Sales / Telesales
Cycle to work Scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 4:30PM)
The rate of pay for this role is £7.85ph (£8ph once permanent)
This is a temporary to permanent position, we are looking to hold interviews this week.
This role will be suitable for candidates that has worked in a Sales, Tele Sales, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor or similar.
The role is commutable from Lincoln, Newark, Branston, Waddington, Sudbrooke, Nettleham and surrounding areas.
