Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps in Lincoln are currently recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to work for our client based in the Lincoln area, on a permanent basis.
You would be working for a family owned business and working within a small friendly team. You will be primarily organising hire deliveries and collections in the UK.
The successful Hire Coordinator duties would include:
" Organising hire deliveries and collections in the UK
" Liaising with referrers, clients, hire companies and licensing authorities
" Day to day administration duties
" Occasional driving work
To be successful for this Hire Coordinator you will need the following skills and experience:
" Excellent telephone manner
" First class organisational skills
" Ability to deal with clients in a wide range of circumstances
" Calm methodical approach
" Enthusiastic and confident
The hours for this Hire Coordinator position are 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, between 8am and 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Salary £15,000 - £17,500
This role may be for you if you have worked in hire administrator, fleet or auto motive. Had a position as advisor, supervisor working within a customer service environment or similar then this could be an ideal role for you.
