Do you thrive in a busy role that requires only the best organisational skills? This is the role for you! This position is responsible for providing administration support for Customers, Engineers and Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Log service calls
- Schedule new calls & return calls to engineers to meet the site SLA
- Schedule PPM visits according to requirements - advise customer
- Chase field & 3rd party engineers for job updates
- Update engineers & 3rd party engineers jobs that are sent in manually
- Review scheduled jobs before allocation to engineers
- Liaise with high security sites to arrange escorts prior to engineer attendance
- Send provisional & final engineer allocation report to service managers
- Ring customer to advise on engineers visit, Change mobile job status of engineers next days jobs
- Ring customer to advise on engineers visit, Change mobile job status of engineers next days jobs
- Arrange collections from engineers requests, Update jobs on deliveries/collections
- Update Customer helpdesks and web sites

The person will need:

- Previous Service Coordination or Scheduling experience is essential!
- Strong in administration skills
- Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach and enjoy working as part of a team
- Commitment to excellence - perform duties at highest level possible on a consistent basis
- Service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the customer and team
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Computer literate.

This is a 6 month maternity cover contract, with the possibility of going permanent thereafter. The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday.
