ARE YOU A EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR! DO YOU HAVE FLAIR, CONFIDENCE, EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATION  EXPERIENCE FROM WORKING IN AN OFFICE WORKING ENVIRONMENT!

We are looking for an experienced Temporary to Permanent Full-time Administrator from a Office Environment background with at least 2 years plus experience.
Are you a experienced Administrator with excellent time management, organised and loves to  to be busy on a daily basis, well this is the role for you!!!

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN MODE OF TRANSPORT BECAUSE THERE ARE NO BUSES TO GET TO THE LOCATION AS ITS A RURAL SCENIC AREA.

Start Date: 16th April 2018

Location: Kemble, Cirencester

Hours of work: 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £8.00 per hour - Temporary to Permanent ( £18K when permanent)

Duties for the role:
Responsibility for receiving site surveys and logging key information onto a database.
Interpret key information from survey papers and contact Local Authority Councils, Customers and Traffic depots to discuss next steps.
Liaise with Drawing dept. when drawings are required and complete paperwork and submit full proposal to Councils for permissions, within strict time-scales.
Maintain accurate records on database through the full process cycle and maintain regular contact with the customer and Traffic depots.
Anticipate possible reasons for delays and work with all parties to overcome obstacles to deadlines. Alert line manager of possible issues before they occur, to minimise any impact to the customer.
Take ownership of all live surveys and ensure chase schedule is up to-date and all actions have been completed.
Gain a thorough understanding of the working practices used by the Councils within sphere of control.
Key Skills/Attributes. Keen eye for detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and keep control of numerous on-going surveys
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient p.c. skills, including Word and Excel, Outlook
