Pertemps are looking to recruit for a permanent Administration Coordinator in Cirencester for our Client who is wishing to grow their team. If you have strong Administration ability with excellent organisational skills and diary management this could be the role for you.
You will be responsible for organising Engineers and taking customer orders and queries on the telephone. Booking appointments for Engineers with Customers using a Bespoke system and knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry would be an advantage.
Working 8am – 5pm – Monday – Thursday with an hour for lunch and Friday 8am – 4pm with ½ an hour lunch (but lunch provided by the Company)! Parking on site.
Salary: £17500 per annum with an annual review
