This is a 6 month temporary role with the potential to go permanent. These positions are offering a pay rate of £9.73 per hour. You will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. During your first few weeks you`ll receive excellent support and training.
WHAT`S IN IT FOR YOU?
- You will work as a Rectifications Administrator, operating out of the Redress Team within the Customer Solutions Programme
- Specialise in correcting errors that arise on our products, and putting customers back into the financial position they would have been in had the error not occurred
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with established processes, practices and guidelines
- Respond to customer queries and enquiries, with a satisfactory resolution, referring to senior colleagues where appropriate
- Contribute to the completion of the team's workload
- Candidates who have worked within pensions will be beneficial
