Job Details

We are currently working with our client who are an independent court advisory service. We are looking for an experienced and thorough Administrator to join their team on 12 month fixed term contract.

Our client specialises in working with family law and is offering a full time role that will require you to provide effective and efficient administrative support to a team of around 10 people.

The role will be a mixture of administration, data input, dealing with invoices, updating spreadsheets, taking notes etc.

You will be set daily tasks that are required to be completed at particular times during the day so they’re looking for someone who can work at pace, meet deadlines, use initiative and able to take responsibility for their area of work.

Help will be provided if needed, a full induction on day one but they’re just looking for someone who is confident with administration tasks and won't shy away from new duties.

They need someone ideally with who is familiar with the legal environment, possessing accurate keyboard skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to interact within a team.
 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 with 30 minutes lunch. They designate 1 day a week where you can leave half an hour early and will be paid for the early finish.  
Rate: £8.50 hour whist temping.
Duration: Temp 12 month assignment with potential for a permanent contract.

The duties will include:

  • Dealing with some of the teams invoices / finances
  • Filling and Scanning
  • Taking detailed notes
  • Contribute to organisational wide activities to meet statutory and professional responsibilities with regards to safeguarding children
  • Gather, check or verify information as required to ensure case details are accurately captured and recorded
  • Produce and send letters or other information to service users, using their available templates
  • Maintain internal records as required, including input into databases and systems, the maintenance of office records and filing systems
  • Other ad-hoc duties that will arise
You will also need:
