My client based in Trafford Park are looking for an experienced Administrator with Customer Service experience.
My client are a leading facilities management company based in Trafford park.
This will start off as a temp role which will lead into a permanent role for the right candidate.
The role will involve:
- Managing all customer orders and queries in line with SLA's
- Deliver accurate and timely administration from taking the order to completing the customer order
- Ensure all transactions are documented and filled out accurately
- Manage customer complaints in accordance with company policy
- Lease with different departments on a daily basis
- Resolve all damage and loss issues
Full training will be provided and the client is looking for the right candidate to start on Tuesday 3rd April 2018
