After an exciting period of growth, my client a Corporate Accountancy firm based in brand new modern offices in Manchester city centre are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their operations team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and driven with the ability to take initiative and manage a heavy workload.

Duties will include:
• Managing a busy switchboard, transferring calls and taking messages
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the offices, getting them seated and offering them refreshments
• Managing the diary's for the meeting rooms
• Setting up meeting rooms for client meetings, providing refreshments and cleaning afterwards
• Monitoring the cleaner and liaising with cleaning company
• Being first point of contact for facilities issues in the office.
This role is a new role and my client are looking for a candidate who is willing to bring new experience to the job and grow with the company and its needs.
