£18-20,000 + Uncapped Commission

My client, a dynamic and fast paced digital marketing enterprise, is looking to appoint an Account Development Executive to promote and sell an innovative product aimed at high street brands and major retail multiples.

This is an exciting opportunity that would suit a confident, tenacious and money hungry business developer who wants to take ownership of their own clients and develop long term relationships.
Initially the role will be very pro-active in terms of converting leads of varying warmth into hot enquiries and then repeat business. As clients are developed you will then own the client and benefit from repeat spend and then move to be more of an account manager as your portfolio of clients grows.

The candidates appointed will have enjoyed previous success in a fast paced, telephone based business to business sales role. They will have the drive and determination to take ownership of their own clients and understand the sales process to spot buying signals and develop clients into repeat business. Most importantly they will be hungry for the rewards my client has to offer.

In return, you will benefit from a basic salary plus 10% commission on all sales (no thresholds to achieve and no cap on earnings!), great working environment and the opportunity to develop a long term career within an entrepreneurial organisation.
