Job Title: Assistant Building Surveyor
Our client, a chartered surveying practice is seeking an experienced assistant building surveyor to join their growing business. Owning two offices in central London and Shenfield, this vacancy is for the Shenfield office, although the majority of sites and clients will be in London.
Our client provides the following building surveying services across the residential (70%) and commercial (30%) sectors:
- Building surveys & technical due diligence
- Project management
- Party wall
- Landlord & tenant advice
- Expert witness
- CDM consultants
- Defect diagnosis
- Planned maintenance
- License to alter
- Home buyers reports
Assistant building surveyor role:
You will be supporting the team of 5 building surveyors, and answering to the director (an APC assessor) managing your own projects and dealing with professional services as required.
Assistant building surveyor requirements:
- BSc / MSc / Pgdip Building Surveying
- Private practice building surveying experience – contract administration & party wall
- Amicable, well presented and client facing
Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary from £27,000 upwards for the successful assistant building surveyor, as well as a number of benefits, including RICS membership fees and APC support
