My Client, a leading 3PL based in Daventry is seeking a Facilities Administrator/Supervisor.

Hours: Standard working week Monday to Friday (On-call on a rota basis with the team)

Salary: £20,000.00

Person Spec
Seeking a candidate with at least one years' experience within a Facilities environment, who understands the processes and communication required to maintain a high level of both appearance, Health and Safety and matters relating the management of both internal and external buildings.

Responsibility:
As part of a team and supervising up to 3 members staff, reporting into the Facilities Manager you will be required to do the following:
Management of all financial requirements in association with the running of head offices - meeting accounting deadlines and support budgets.
Ensuring Head Office and 2 other sites are kept and maintained to a high level of appearance internally and externally.
Oversee all catering, cleaning and reception requirements, management of meeting rooms, Security,
Carrying out inductions to staff and desk assessments.
Management of all H&S requirements in an office environment
Support to the Facilities Manager in all major projects that arise
Communicate with Suppliers
