My client, based in Trafford Park, Manchester is seeking an Associate HRBP to provide support to the Contract Management teams on a wide range of Generalist HR. To also work collaboratively with UK HR Team in the Development and Delivery of HR Solutions.
Salary: Commencement salary of £35,000.00
The role initially will be Interim/Temporary however there is the opportunity for the role to become permanent in the very near future.
Hours: Standard working week - Monday to Friday
To ensure that all matters relating to Human Resources are at all times are conducted in accordance with legislative requirements, Company procedures and any recognized local agreements that are in place within the Contract.
To work with UK HR Teams to ensure that all record systems and documentation are accurate, up-to-date and processed within the requisite timescales.
To provide guidance and support in recruitment processes, to ensure that the most appropriate candidates are selected and retained, using robust recruitment methods and tools.
To ensure that all matters relating to discipline and grievances are handled in accordance with both legislative and Company requirements, and to participate in the management of such matters as appropriate, recognizing the potential need for commerciality in certain cases.
To support the operation of the Company's performance management and development processes, and to liaise with wider HR teams to ensure that training requirements are fulfilled.
To support talent & succession planning activity
To support HR Projects.
To support with the design and Implementation of the Contract People Plans and HR strategy.
To ensure all colleagues are fully aware of their responsibilities and obligations when dealing with HR matters.
To assist in the development and implementation of change management programs.
To produce and monitor HR metrics for the Contract and to work collaboratively with the Contract Teams to identify solutions that drive improvements.
To maintain working relationships with local representative bodies such as Trades Unions and Employee Forums.
To support the pay negotiation process with Operational Leads and Trade Unions.
CIPD Qualified or equivalent
Employee and Industrial Relations experience
Good knowledge of employment legislation
Stakeholder management experience
Business/Commercial acumen obtained within an Operational environment.
