Our client is looking for a Resourcer to join their recruitment firm situated in Whiteley. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career within a company that is growing year on year.

Previous experience within Recruitment or HR is desirable but not essential as long as you can demonstrate that you are a people person who believes in delivering a high level of customer service. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be confident in speaking to people over the telephone, face to face and via email.

As a Resourcer you will work closely with a team of Recruiters to screen CV's and manage the candidate relationship.

Your main tasks will be, but not limited to:

" Being the first point of contact for any application; dealing with queries from candidates surrounding their status
" Conducting candidate telephone screening calls; building trusting relationships along the way and ensuring regular contact is maintained where necessary and feedback is provided
" Editing CV's and presenting the candidate to the consultant dealing with the vacancy
" Generating interest through managing applications and actively searching for suitable candidates
" Liaising with colleagues to arrange interviews

The ideal candidate will be a real team player who is keen to develop their career with strong administrative skills and an interest in Engineering.
