Pertemps are currently recruiting a number of Quality Administrators to join our client in the heart of Whiteley within their compliance team.
Our client boasts a fantastic location; with ample parking as well as easy transport links in the heart of Whiteley village. Flexible working hours are available as well as a relaxed and friendly working environment.
We are looking for candidates with proven administrative skills who have previously worked within a busy office. You will have experience of maintaining, updating and monitoring complex computerised and manual systems with both speed and accuracy. Due to the importance of the documents in question a meticulous eye for detail is essential for this role.
The duties will include but not be limited to:
" End of line inspection of documents to ensure all personal data is correct
" Working from the company database and cross checking data
" Identify and elevate any problems found to the right person to be rectified quickly
" To be aware and follow company compliance and legislation
" Provide professional customer service both on the telephone and via email
