Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced ‘Site Office Administrator’ on behalf of their client; a small and friendly independent construction firm within Civil Engineering. One size certainly does not fit all and this role is a truly diverse post which will include not just the general office duties but all of the following:
Creating and formatting quotes
Carrying out and documenting Risk Assessments & Method Statements
Invoicing – Allocating payments
Preparation of monthly statements
Ordering of goods working with stock control sheets
Driving and delivering goods to customers – Clean full UK Driving Licence required
Operating a forklift truck as and when required (full training provided)
Alongside the required experience, our client is looking for an individual with strong organisational, communicative and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of working within a construction/property maintenance environment would be desirable but not essential.
This will be a full-time position working five days a week – no weekends.
Please note that due to the location of the business, bus services wouldn't operate a regular service so your own transport is required for this position.
