A fantastic opportunity is available for a CoMAH & Assurance Reporting Assistant in a large utility company in Grain, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

Job Purpose:

Support terminal activities including operation, maintenance, technical and safety requirements by KPI data collating and reporting on administrative systems and projects.
To administrate business resilience and safety frameworks ensuring business contingency material remains up to date and accessible as required by the COMAH and Assurance team.
To administrate risk management and investment processes ensuring all data and information remains up to date and accessible as required by the Technical Development and Delivery team.
To provide administrative support the maintenance and planning teams in their terminal planning and ordering activities and the production of the maintenance teams Performance Excellence material.
To administrate gas quality, gas balancing and invoicing process ensuring all data and information remains up to date and accessible as required by the operations team.

Key Tasks:

Administer departmental terminal business and safety plans, including collation of monthly report data, ensuring communication and transparency of current business and departmental arrangements. The role will require you to design/set up and maintain a local departmental SharePoint site.
Put in place and maintain for the COMAH and Assurance team an internal audit and review schedule, ensuring transparency of current terminal activities.
Maintain and Produce Performance Excellence Hub material on behalf of the Grain LNG teams.
Assist in the resolution of departmental or external enquires. Organisation and scheduling of departmental requirements (booking travel requirements, submit and reconcile expense reports & providing general support to terminal visitors).
Responsible for ordering materials and supplies via SAP and handling all related correspondences.
Assists departmental staff in meeting deadlines for various tasks and projects as required by the terminal.
Ensure that terminal daily inspection sheets either operational or safety are collected and stored and any faults identified are escalated.

It is a mandatory requirement to undergo a basic Scotland Disclosure check to be considered for work assignments.
