A fantastic opportunity is available for a Reporting Support Analyst at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.
Demonstrate the ability to compile reports, have sound, constructive data analysis expertise, decision making abilities and interfacing with regulatory bodies and peer organisations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate articulately.
Ability to manipulate large sets of data (good use of excel).
Passionate about safety, health, environment and wellbeing, with high levels of enthusiasm
and drive to achieve results.

Experience of using and manipulating software packages, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Business Objects
Compile accurate and timely reports for the business and other parts of the directorate to communicate performance at the relevant level and in a meaningful way.
Undertake analysis of event data, principally from the IMS system, to provide insight from the information and identify and monitor trends.
Monitor and maintain the highest levels of data accuracy.
Provide expert advice and support to the business to enable them to capture SHE performance data effectively and efficiently.
Provide performance information for communication, including team talk and ad-hoc presentations etc, on learning points from investigations as appropriate
Develop partnerships with business key stakeholders to ensure that operational Safety performance management is viewed as positive and value-adding.
Deploy continuous improvement techniques in reporting and data analysis.
