A fantastic opportunity is available for a Technical Admin Assistant at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.
Experience of undertaking a wide range of administrative duties
Ability to use all Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
High attention to detail
Accountable for the provision of technical and administrative support to the Portfolio Planning and Strategy & Performance department, including:
Scheduling of appointments, calendar management, arranging meeting rooms, parking and catering
Typing, scanning, copying, minute-taking and production of complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Raising and processing of purchase orders, including liaison with suppliers Stocking of PP contingency cupboard and ordering of office stationery
Managing an email .box and Sharepoint Site for Portfolio Planning admin requests
Maintenance of organisation charts, including submission of change control (EC1 forms)
Delivery of bespoke administration requests
Responsible for planning and organising of departmental and management events
Responsible for the production of complex spreadsheets and manipulation of data in order to develop management reports.
Responsible for the safe storage of confidential documents
Responsible for providing support to all other Portfolio Planning accountabilities, as required.
Minute taking and circulation for team hubs and management meetings
Preparation of agendas for different events??
