A fantastic opportunity is available for a Business Change Technical Officer at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.
MS Office particularly MS Excel & MS Outlook
Written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills - Experience of liaising with members of staff
Demonstrates an ability to work in a clear, calm and structured manner.
Investigate services/assets identified from various source to identify if they are in use/owners
Where necessary contact budget owners to agree actions to decommission service/asset
Update tracking DB and tools to record status of service/asset and actions identified/taken (store on a designated share point site).
Follow-up on actions and track progress against individual services/assets.
Reporting on overall progress made against services/assets assigned
Engage with relevant Service Owners/Contract Managers to issue notices against suppliers for assets to be decommissioned
To provide general administrative support where required.
Support process improvements to improve internal asset management and tracking.
Travel to Hinckley may be required once a week with this role.
