A fantastic opportunity is available for a Technical Support Analyst at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.
Demonstrate experience relating to analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent numerical ability, proven logical and conceptual thinking ability
Proven experience of using approved desktop applications (MS Access, MS XL, Visual Basic) at an advanced level.
Experience in the production of business reports supporting operational, contractual or technical processes
Understanding of Change Control procedures and requirements
Understanding of validation and audit procedures relating to data management
Understanding of business process design and analysis, from conceptual design to implementation
Experience in UAT requirements for a technical / data team
Running standard scheduled reports for the Reporting Analyst to conduct analysis for a broad spectrum of stakeholders from team leader to Director level and including external recipients.
Run standard reports for the Performance Analyst to support the production of the monthly
Business Unit SPC pack including budget, complaints, liabilities, workload and GOSP, and provide administrative assistance.
Provision of standard liability reporting for the business in line with regulatory requirements
Support project work within NRB & deliver agreed support for project work packages and actions where required
Provide information to support the Reporting Analyst for system specification and data management / delivery to support operational requirements carrying out
UAT and necessary training
Support ad-hoc requirements from initial requirement to delivery
