A fantastic opportunity is available for a Records Administrator at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times. Job Purpose: To review archiving documentation, to ascertain amount of Personal information, and to update record logs for archiving storage Experience Required: Good records management and archiving experience Key Tasks: To deal with a high volume of archiving boxes on a daily basis - reviewing these for any personal information (due to GDPR requirements). Logging contents of all boxes onto the NG archiving system in preparation for transportation to the archive. Identifying boxes for shredding. Changing boxes if they are not adequate quality for long term storage. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential skills. Ability to work independently, and as part of a small team.
