A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Administrator at a large utility company in Hewish, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.
Payrate: £13 - £15 p/h
Contract: 12 months
Hours: 37 per week
To provide support to the Project Team throughout the contract management process, including change control and contract variations, preparing appropriate communication documentation, and inputting data into systems and data logs accordingly. Compile Management Information from the systems
Experience of computer literacy in the use and application of standard MS applications, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Word and SharePoint
Experience of successful project delivery including naming conventions and metadata in document control
Contract management, , Programme & Change Management
Prepare document transmittal notes and maintenance of all documents received and issued by the Project Team.
Processing and distribution of contractual communications both internally and externally.
Process and progress change requests from Contractors and National Grid.
Produce, process and progress all necessary contractual instruction documentation, to include, but not limited to; Compensation Event, Early Warning Notices, and Risk Draw Down notices.
Support the annual audit processes where required.
Ensure all data logs and systems for contract management records are accurately maintained at all times.
Prepare and distribute Management Information reports inline with requirements.
Support the Contracts and Commercial team with Purchase Order requisitions.
Provide other administrative support to the Contracts and Commercial team
