A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.
Contract: 4 months
Hours: 37 per week
To implement and maintain comprehensive, effective administrative and information systems which meet the team/business-specific requirements
Maintain the management and planning systems and collation and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets
Produce management reports and assist with the production of Key Performance Indicators
Implement and maintain administrative systems and provide minute taking, filing and general admin support
Assist with the provision of detailed information of financial expenditure against budget
Ensure consistent application of corporate guidance with National Grid Identity guidelines
Produce and distribute internal and external reports and business/development plans
Proven computer literacy with the ability to use word processing packages (ideally Word) to advanced standard.
Self motivated, resourceful, an excellent team worker with strong communication skills, customer focus and who demonstrates the ability to work accurately within deadlines and act on their own initiative
Ability to present information in a professional and clear manner without error
Extremely well organised and able to manage pressure, delivering high quality work in a timely manner
