Pertemps are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. We are looking for a trusted administrator with strong and proven stakeholder skills in order to assist with the delivery of the recruitment process ensuring the client hiring needs are met.Working on our client site you will support the Pertemps team with administration support in relation to recruitment, and management of contract personnel. This is contract based role, sales skills are not required.The right candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills along with resilience and the ability to work to reactive deadlines. A key part of this role is the ability to work closely with the client and the employee workforce to deliver a high level of customer service without losing focus to the importance of client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.Main duties include:

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Recruitment administration and support
  • Registering candidates to obtain reference and new starter information
  • Organising meetings
  • Support all aspects of contract administration, including recruitment, employee welfare, payroll and HR administration
  • Managing inhouse databases
  • Work in line with contractual SLA's
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
  • Interests in recruitment and contract management
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good IT knowledge, specifically knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to self motivate
  • A flexible and adaptable work approach
  • Previous experience in Customer service and recruitment is desirable
The role is part time, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexibility of working hours can be agreed with the successful candidate. Please note that it is a mandatory requirements to complete a basic disclosure Scotland screening check to be considered for any work assignments at National Grid.
