We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Receptionist / Administrator to join our established and successful branch. The role will include payroll completion, compliance management as well as administrative support. The successful applicant will assist our team in delivering an excellent level of service to the clients and candidates in the surrounding area.
Main duties will involve:
" Managing our busy reception area
" Meeting and greeting candidates in the office
" Dealing with queries from candidates and clients both face-to-face and on the telephone
" Entering and maintaining candidate records onto database
" Processing high volumes of weekly payroll
" Collating and updating spreadsheets, reports
" Supporting a team of Consultants in a busy and vibrant environment
" General office administration
The successful candidate should be:
" Analytical with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
" Proficient using Microsoft Office package
" Able to work in a busy environment and to tight deadlines
" Able to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines
" Enthusiastic and self-motivated
" Professional and polite
" A team player with an efficient and proactive approach
The hours are 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. In return you will receive an hourly rate of £8.00ph, for the right candidate this could become a permanent position.
