We are now recruiting for a Sales Support Assistant for a worldwide client in the Didcot area.
The role will be a temporary going to permament placement for the right candidate.
The role includes various tasks that deal with both sales and admin.
You will be required to perform the following tasks;
- Data Entry
- Dealing with purchase orders and shipping invoices
- To chase any outstanding invoices and payments
- Deal with current clients and sales renewal
- Dealing with prospectus new clients and securing business
These are among some of the tasks that will be part of the job specification.
You will be dealing people from all over the world and must have a clear and concise phone manner.
You must also be flexible in your approach to customer service.
Previous experience in customer service and sales is beneficial but not essential.
All training is provided to learn the products and operating systems.
The successful candidate may be required to travel abroad for a company get together. This will be detailed at a later date by the client.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1630.
